How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the domestic region usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 10-15 business days.
What is your return policy for opened kits?
Due to the nature of the product, we can only accept returns on kits that are unopened and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. If your kit arrives damaged, please contact us for a replacement.
Do you offer digital patterns as well as physical kits?
Currently, we focus on providing high-quality physical kits to ensure you have the exact thread colors and materials required, but select digital PDF patterns are available in our 'Digital' collection.
I ran out of a specific thread color. Can you help?
We provide 20% extra floss in every kit to prevent this, but if you do run out, please message our support team with your order number and the color code required.
